Cookie Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This lists everything SayIt stores in your browser, and how you control it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar store in your browser that a site can read on later visits. This policy covers both.
2. What we store
coach_session (cookie, essential): keeps you signed in. It is set when you sign up or log in, cannot be read by page scripts (httpOnly), is only sent over a secure connection, and expires after 30 days or when you log out.
cookie-choice (local storage, essential): remembers that you answered the cookie notice, so it is not shown on every page. It holds the word "accepted" or "rejected" and stays until you clear your browser's site data.
That is all. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no third party sets cookies through our pages. An older version of our cookie notice also stored cookie-prefs in local storage; the current site deletes it when you visit.
3. Why we don't ask for consent to them
Both items are strictly necessary: one keeps you signed in, the other remembers your answer to the notice. Strictly necessary storage does not need consent, so accepting or rejecting in the notice does not change what is stored.
4. Card payments
If your bank asks you to confirm a payment with 3-D Secure, its confirmation page opens inside the payment window and may set its own cookies under your bank's or card scheme's rules. Those are set by your bank, not by us.
5. Managing storage
Open Manage Cookies in the footer at any time to see this list again. You can also clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; if you block the sign-in cookie you will not be able to log in.
6. Changes
If we ever add anything non-essential, we will list it here first, ask for your consent before setting it, and update the date above.
