Payment Policy

How payments work on SayIt. You can pay in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD), your choice.
1. One-time credit packs
SayIt is not a subscription. You buy credits in one-time packs (Starter €9 for 110 credits; Practice €29 for 370 credits; Power €79 for 1,050 credits; Pro €199 for 2,750 credits; Bulk €499 for 7,100 credits) or choose a custom amount, and spend them when you run actions. There is no recurring billing and nothing to renew.
2. How you pay
You pay by Visa or Mastercard on the Credits page of your account. If card payment is not yet available to you, the Credits page says so and you can email us to add credits instead.
3. Card security and 3-D Secure
Your card details are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which passes them straight to our payment processor to make the charge. We do not store your card number or security code. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure (for example in your banking app); the payment completes only once you do.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are set in euros. When you top up you choose euros or US dollars, and we charge you in the currency you chose. A US-dollar price is the euro price converted at the European Central Bank reference rate for that day, rounded to the cent, and it is shown on the Credits page and on the payment screen before you pay. The amount on the payment screen is the amount charged. If your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and may charge its own fee; that is set by your bank, not by us.
5. Limits
A single top-up can be from €1 to €20,000, or from $1 to $20,000. Our server checks these limits on every payment.
6. Custom amounts
A custom amount buys credits at the rate of the largest pack it reaches, so it is never worse per credit than the pack below it: below €29, the Starter rate (110 credits per €9); from €29, the Practice rate (370 credits per €29); from €79, the Power rate (1,050 credits per €79); from €199, the Pro rate (2,750 credits per €199); from €499, the Bulk rate (7,100 credits per €499), rounded down to whole credits. A dollar amount is first converted to euros at the day's rate. The Credits page shows how many credits an amount buys before you pay.
7. When credits are added
Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, once only per payment. You receive an email receipt, and the purchase appears under Billing in Settings and in your credit ledger.
8. Failed or declined payments
If a payment is declined or fails, no credits are added and you are not charged. Your bank decides whether a payment is authorised; if a payment keeps failing, check with your bank or try another card, and contact us if you still have trouble.
9. Failed actions
If an action fails, the credits reserved for it are released back to your balance. You are not charged for failed generations.
10. Receipts
A receipt is emailed to your account address after each successful payment. If you need an invoice, email support@say-it.online.
11. Price changes
We may change our prices or pack sizes. A change applies only to future purchases; credits you already bought keep their value.
12. Refunds and cancellation
There is no subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. Refunds of unused credits, and what happens to your credits when you close your account, are covered in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
