People come to SayIt to rehearse the conversation they keep putting off — asking for a raise, the landlord who will not fix the damp, a charge they want back, the thing they need to tell their family. The AI gets them started. You are the person they hire when they want a human ear.
The work
Listen to a customer's rehearsal and write specific, usable notes — or run a 30-minute live session where you play the other side so they can practise saying it.
The pace
Pick requests from an open queue whenever you have time. Accept within 48 hours, deliver a review within 3 working days, confirm a live session within 2.
How you are paid
Earnings land in credits once the customer accepts your work (or 7 days after you deliver). Withdraw from €50.00 up to €10,000.00 per request — paid by bank transfer, reviewed manually, normally within 5 working days.
Who we are looking for
- • Real experience with difficult conversations — negotiation, HR, mediation, communication or career coaching, customer advocacy, tenancy or consumer rights work.
- • Fluent in at least one language our customers use.
- • 18 or over, working as an independent contractor.
- • Not resident in, or paid through a bank in, a country under international sanctions (Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba).
How we vet
- 1. You apply: background, languages, a short bio, your bank details for payouts, and a government ID.
- 2. Our team checks your identity and experience — your ID is stored privately and only staff can open it.
- 3. Once approved you get a coach console with the open request queue, your jobs, and your earnings.
You give communication guidance, not legal or therapeutic advice, and you never take payment from a customer directly.
