Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms govern your use of SayIt, operated by Dexaro kj OÜ. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

SayIt, the website at say-it.online and its web app, is a service operated by Dexaro kj OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 17547926, with its registered address at Hooldekodu tee 23a-48, 13914 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dexaro kj OÜ, and "you" means the person using the service. You can reach us at support@say-it.online.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service. The service is made for individuals preparing for their own conversations; businesses may also buy credits, as set out under Business customers below. You confirm you are not barred from using it under any applicable law or sanctions regime.

The service is not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba. We block access from those countries by IP address and do not open accounts for email addresses on their national domains or on Russian and Belarusian free-mail providers.

3. Business customers

Businesses may use SayIt and buy credits. If you create an account, buy credits or use the service for or on behalf of a company, partnership or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms, and "you" then includes that organisation. Rights that the law gives only to consumers do not apply to purchases made as a business.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, and for keeping your contact email up to date so we can reach you. Tell us promptly at support@say-it.online if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, except while a request to a conversation coach, or a coach's unpaid earnings, is still open.

5. Credits and use

SayIt runs on credits. You buy credits in one-time packs and spend them when you run an action. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Credits are deducted only when an action succeeds; if an action fails, the reserved credits are released back to you.

The service is delivered online: in the web app at say-it.online, through our optional Telegram bot, and through the API. Your results are kept in your account until you delete them.

6. Welcome credits

New accounts receive a number of free welcome credits so you can try the service. These credits are promotional: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn for money, and may be adjusted or withdrawn for accounts that abuse them. Free credits do not affect any credits you have purchased.

7. Payments and pricing

Prices are set in euros, shown before you buy, and credits are prepaid by card. You choose to pay in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) and we charge in the currency you choose; a dollar price is the euro price at that day's European Central Bank reference rate. A single top-up can be from €1 to €20,000, or from $1 to $20,000. Your bank may ask you to confirm a payment with 3-D Secure. Our Payment Policy and our Refunds & Cancellations policy set out how you pay, how refunds work and what happens when you stop using the service; where they cover a topic in more detail than these terms, they apply.

8. Hiring a conversation coach

Besides the AI features, you can hire one of our vetted conversation coaches for a written review of your rehearsal or a 30-minute live session. Coaches are independent professionals approved by us after an identity and experience check; they work under our Specialist Terms and are not our employees.

When you send a request, its price in credits is held (reserved) from your balance — not spent. A coach accepts it and delivers. The held credits are spent only when you accept the delivery, or automatically seven days after delivery if you have not responded. If something is wrong with the delivery you can raise a problem before accepting; that pauses the automatic acceptance while our team reviews it, and we either complete the payment to the coach or return your credits.

If no coach accepts your request within seven days, or a coach accepts it but delivers nothing within 10 days (for a live session, and at least 3 days after the booked time), or you cancel before one accepts, or our team cancels it, the held credits are released back to you in full. The full rules are in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Coaches give communication guidance, not legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice. Pay for coaching only through the platform: coaches are not permitted to take payment from you directly, and we cannot protect payments made outside it. Tell us at support@say-it.online if a coach asks.

9. Your content and recording consent

You keep ownership of the recordings, transcripts and other material you upload (your "Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process your Content solely to provide the service to you and to generate your results.

You are responsible for having the legal right to upload each recording, including any consent required from other participants under the laws that apply to you. Do not upload Content you are not permitted to share.

If you attach a practice conversation to a request for a coach, the coach who accepts it can see your note and play the recordings in that conversation, solely to do the work you asked for.

10. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to use, or use the service to break the law or harm others. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, resell it without our permission, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

11. AI-generated results

Results are generated by AI and provided as guidance. They may contain errors and should not be treated as legal, financial, or other professional advice. SayIt is a practice tool — review outputs and use your own judgement before relying on them. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

12. Not professional advice

SayIt helps you prepare for and practice a conversation. It is not legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional — especially in situations involving your safety, housing, employment, or health. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

13. Intellectual property

SayIt, including its software, design, branding and content we provide, belongs to Dexaro kj OÜ and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. The results generated from your Content are yours to use; everything else remains ours.

14. Third-party services

The service relies on third parties — including hosting, AI model providers, email delivery, an optional Telegram integration, and a third-party payment processor. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

15. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance, add, change or remove features, or set reasonable usage limits.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or poses a risk to the service or other users. Where the breach is serious, credits associated with the account may be forfeited. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time; see our Refunds & Cancellations policy for what happens to any remaining credits.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

18. Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses, damages and costs we incur as a result of your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your uploading of Content you did not have the right to upload.

19. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us for the service. You may not transfer your rights under them without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.

21. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia has jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
