Specialist Terms
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These terms apply to you if you work on SayIt as a conversation coach (a "Specialist"). They are separate from, and in addition to, our Terms of Service, which also apply to your account. By ticking the box on the application form you agree to them. Version 2026-09-21.
1. Who we are
SayIt is operated by Dexaro kj OÜ, registered in Estonia under registry code 17547926, registered address Hooldekodu tee 23a-48, 13914 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@say-it.online.
2. Independent contractor
You work as an independent contractor, not as our employee, worker, agent or partner. You decide whether to accept any request, when you work and how you do the work, within the standards below. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship, and you are not entitled to employee benefits from us.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own earnings and to your work as an independent contractor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You must not be resident in, established in, or acting from a country or territory subject to comprehensive international sanctions — currently Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Cuba — and you must not be a person named on a sanctions list. Payouts cannot be made to a bank in any of those countries. We refuse applications that do not meet this, and we will suspend an account if we learn that it no longer does.
4. Identity verification
When you apply you upload a government-issued ID. A member of our team checks it by hand before we approve you; no one is approved without a verified ID. Before paying a withdrawal we may ask you to confirm your identity or bank details again, for example if your details change or we need to confirm who is being paid.
Your ID is stored privately in our database — never on a public link — and only our staff can open it, for the purpose of verifying you. How long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Confidentiality of customer material
When you accept a request you may see the customer's note and the practice recordings they chose to share for that request. These are confidential. Use them only to do that job. Do not download, copy, share, publish or keep them after the job is done, do not use them to train any tool or model, and do not contact the customer outside the platform except through the meeting link for a booked live session.
Customers often describe sensitive situations — their pay, their home, their family. Treat everything you learn as private.
6. What you provide — and what you do not
As a conversation coach you give communication guidance: how to frame an ask, what to say, how to respond to pushback, how to practise. You do not give legal, financial, medical or therapeutic advice, and you must not present yourself as doing so, even if you hold a professional qualification. If a customer's situation involves risk to their safety, point them to the appropriate professional or emergency services.
7. Quality and response times
Accept only requests you can do well. Once a request is in the queue, aim to accept it within 48 hours; if nobody accepts a request within 7 days it is cancelled and the customer's credits are returned.
Once you accept: deliver a written review within 3 working days; for a live session, confirm a time and a meeting link within 2 working days and then hold the 30-minute session at that time. Be on time, be prepared, and be respectful. If nothing is delivered within 10 days of your acceptance (for a live session, and at least 3 days after the booked time), the request is cancelled automatically, the customer's credits are returned and nothing is earned for it.
Reviews must be your own work, specific to what the customer shared, and useful. We may review deliveries where a customer raises a problem.
8. How earnings work
Customers pay SayIt in credits — never you. The price of each service is set by us (currently 1000 credits for a review and 1500 credits for a 30-minute live session). The customer's credits are held when they make the request.
You earn the service price less a 15% platform fee — 850 credits for a review and 1275 credits for a live session at current prices. Your earning is credited when the customer accepts your delivery, or automatically 7 days after you deliver if the customer has not responded.
If a customer raises a problem, the earning is held while we review it. We may then pay you, or return the credits to the customer if the work was not delivered as described. If a request is cancelled before you deliver, nothing is earned.
Earnings are recorded in credits. For withdrawals, a credit is valued at €0.0703 — the lowest price per credit any customer pays — and the euro amount is shown before you request a withdrawal.
9. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your available earnings from the coach console: at least €50 and at most €10,000 per request (in credits at the rate above), one request at a time.
Withdrawals are paid only by manual bank transfer, to the account you gave us, in your name. Each request is reviewed manually and normally paid within 5 working days. We may reject a request — for example if we cannot confirm your identity, the bank details do not match you, or we are investigating a problem — and we will tell you why.
You are responsible for giving us correct bank details. Tell us at support@say-it.online if they change.
10. No payment outside the platform
You must never ask for or accept payment from a customer directly, and never move a customer to another service or offer your services to them outside the platform. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings connected to that conduct.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop working with us at any time — pause taking requests and withdraw your available earnings. Finish or hand back any request you have already accepted.
We may pause or end your access if you breach these terms, repeatedly miss the response times, receive well-founded complaints, no longer meet the eligibility rules, or if we close the programme. Earnings already available to you when we end the relationship remain payable, except where they arise from fraud or a serious breach of these terms.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you under these terms is limited to the earnings due to you, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
13. Changes
We may update these terms, including prices and the platform fee. We will tell you before a material change takes effect; changes do not affect requests you have already accepted. If you do not agree, you can stop working with us.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
